The Success Real Estate institute. We are proud to be partnered with one of the true legacies in the real estate business. The ARMBRUST REAL ESTATE INSTITUTE: Continuing a forty-year tradition of education ecxellence. The Armbrust family established the first state approved real estate school in Colorado founded in 1962 by Betty J. Armbrust.
This program includes all courses required by the Colorado Real Estate Commission (CREC) to qualify for the Associate Broker license. In addition to the mandatory CREC 168 hours, the student will complete 20 hours of Examination Techniques. Upon completion of all courses in this program, the student will be prepared to take and pass the state licensing examination.
Tuition Reimbursement is available to qualified persons. Using our Real Estate Simulator and your results will determine your ability to qualify for tuition reimbursement programs.
Specific Occupational Objective The Associate Broker Pre-License program introduces the student to the practice of Real Estate through the study of a common body of knowledge, and presents the basic skills required for the successful practice thereof.
Classroom students may begin studies nearly any Monday. Class sessions are offered Monday through Thursday and from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m.
or "Be licensed in under 30 days"
Additional instruction includes "Exam Techniques". ET is presented in-class Saturday mornings 9:00 to 1:00. The student will complete an exam, very representative of the state exam, covering material presented the previous week.
The cost for the pre-license program is all-inclusive. Beyond text and materials, the student receives ongoing access to our computer and resource center (beyond graduation), one-on-one tutoring as needed, 24/7 access to instructors, and a myriad of additional "value added" benefits.
Please feel free to visit our campus at 9559 S Kingston Court in Englewood, Colorado. Once you are ready to get started, you will sit with the school director for a personal orientation to ensure a proper start to your studies.
